At Byron Boxing, we are all about learning technique and fundamental conditioning of boxing. As your coach's, we will bring 50 percent to the table. You made the decision by stepping into our gym, that is only 25 percent, let’s do the work with 25 percent more and keep it 100.
Our Studio
Classes
Bagwork
Engage in 10 rounds of 3 minutes each, focusing on boxing techniques with 30-second rest intervals between rounds.
Padwork
Experience 8 rounds of 2 minutes each, practicing combinations with pad drills and taking 45-second rest intervals.
Fundamental
​Attend these boxing-specific classes to enhance your boxing skills. The class incorporates shadowboxing, bag work, and pad work.
Conditioning
Join this boxing-focused class to improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. The class is divided into two halves, with one half dedicated to boxing training and the other half focusing on conditioning exercises.
